This project along Windsor Street between 8th and 9th Streets included sidewalk replacement, ADA curb ramp upgrades, and paving. In areas where telephone poles or other barriers were, the sidewalk was expanded to maintain ADA width. The project received $448,000 in TE funding and an additional $112,000 in local match funds for a total of $560,000. This community driven project is a great example of projects in Delaware.
