The 6th Street enhancement project was sponsored by the Delaware College of Arts and Design and received $283,200 in TE funding. A local match of $70,800 was combined to add pedestrian facilities as well as lighting and other aesthetic amentities within the project limits. The project was located along 6th Street between Market Street and King Street and added ADA compliant sidewalks, brick pavers, period lighting, and bulb-outs.
